Andrew Kahn
Andy has been practicing law since 1987 and a DCB partner since 1994. He handles litigation and administrative representation on a variety of subjects, including securities law (with an emphasis on proxy regulations), First Amendment law, CEQA, public records laws, administrative procedure, and labor and employment laws. He received the Thelen Marin prize for the highest grades in his law school class and is a summa cum laude graduate of Harvard College. Andy was a law clerk for Ninth Circuit Judge James R. Browning.
